What is the process of removing paid collections from my CR
Answer1:Unfortunately if the debt was yours, then you dont have anything to dispute. The letters for dispute are for debts that arent yours and for errors.Things that are on your credit report whether it is a positive or negative mark (excluding bankruptcy and judgments) will remain there for 7 years.Good luck
Answer2:You would need to dispute with the credit bureaus. If the item is yours, then its unethical to dispute it. But you can dispute specific items if youre unsure of their accuracy, like the amount, date it was paid, date it was opened, etc. If they fail to verify, it will come off.
Answer3:Some things are best left to the professionals if you are serious about getting results. They would have all the answers to these questions and do all the work for you. I would avoid the headache of trying to do this yourself.
