For those of you who dont know a 3V card is a card you apply for online. You dont have to pay for it. But it allows you to go into a news-agent and purchase a 3V voucher. This voucher works as a visa card number; so you can purchase things online without actually having a credit card.So my question is; is there something similar available in the US?htttp://www.3v.ie
