I m using SBI credit card since 02 years. There is not a single default in these period. In my monthly statement i see that it is shown that "shop & smile reward points is 415. What does it mean. Whether i will get cash back of the amount of the points or any other benefit in the means of points. Please clarify.
      Answer1:Reward points are earned based on the spending. you have earned 415 reward point and same can be encashed against gifts which SBI cards will send you on your request or you can get petrol voucher for filling petrol.call the sbi card cutomer care.you can not get cash against it.
      Answer2:whenever u make a purchase of say 100/- ( on a normal card ) u earn 1 point... once u reach to a min level of 100-150 point u can redeem them and get gifts/ magazine subscription or other vouchers from the company .. list of gifts will be available at banks website.cashback generally wont be available as it comes during special offers
